How can we encourage students to enjoy reading at home? The presenter shares his experience of having students read to younger siblings at home using fun interactive iPad apps. He also demonstrates the use of Edmodo to check understanding, following Bloom’s Taxonomy. Intended audience: institutes whose students have mobile technology.
A Canadian at heart and an avid scuba diver, the presenter instructs English at HCT in Abu Dhabi, UAE. He holds an MEd in Education Technology from Manchester University, UK.
