This presentation highlights the impact of the TKT online program on the development of CPD of Omani teachers. The content is based on a comprehensive analysis of data obtained from 2 surveys distributed to all of the teachers , in addition to focus group interviews with a number of TKT participants.
Mahfoudhah Al Bahri has been working as a teacher trainer in the Sultanate of Oman. She is responsible for designing training materials, delivering courses and supervising teachers in classrooms.
I have been working as a teacher trainer for more than 4 years. I am responsible for designing and delivering training to English teachers and also I do classroom visits.
