ELT Teachers’ Stress: Can Emotional Intelligence help?

This paper sheds lights on teachers' stress outside and inside classroom and its impact on educators’ performance.Emotional Intelligence as a possible anti-stressor with its four components self-awareness, self-control, social awareness and relationship management will be examined in the paper.
